During the Temp to Hire process Mitchell Personnel Services performs Background Checks that include, Social Security Trace, DMV Records and Criminal Searches that we contract out with one of the largest international investigation firms, HireRight, Inc. We partner with several local medical clinics for drug and pre-employment physicals.
We process all of our applicants through the Social Security Administration for verification of social security numbers, and each applicant is I-9 compliant.
